I have been in private practice focusing in the area of marital and family law since January 2001. During the years, I have also practiced, at various times, in the following areas: criminal law, dependency, juvenile delinquency, wills and estate planning, probate, traffic tickets, workers’ compensation, social security law, and civil matters. Currently my main focus continues to be on divorce and family law, however, I do offer assistance to my clients in these other areas. I serve clients in northern Florida, to include, Duval County, Nassau County, Clay County, and St. John’s County.
My paralegal, Nannette, has been practicing in marital and family law since 1992. She has been with me since July 2005. When you contact my office, she is typically the one assisting with your needs, answering your questions and handling all discovery issues in our cases.
I personally understand divorce and what it takes to blend a family. It is not easy but it can be fulfilling. Unfortunately, for most people, second marriages end in divorce because of the children. That is why it is important to seek family counseling before things get bad.
